Products

We sell industrial CNC motion controllers (PROTON Base and extensions) and optional accessories such as power supply units. All products are designed and assembled in Lithuania, EU, and sold business-to-business to machine builders, integrators and retrofitters.

Prices

All product prices listed on this site are final and shown in euro (EUR). DHL shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and added to the total payment amount. Any import duties or taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment

Full payment (100%) is required in advance through the Revolut online checkout. Customers pay by card (Visa / Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay — a Revolut account is not required. Card details are entered on Revolut's secure hosted payment page; we never see or store card data. Your order is confirmed only after payment is received and verified by us within 24 hours.

Order confirmation

After payment we review your order, uploaded documentation and machine compatibility within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirming acceptance or notifying you of any issues.

Delivery

Manufacturing and dispatch lead time is up to 14 calendar days after order confirmation. Delivery is via DHL Express, worldwide. A tracking number is emailed once the parcel is handed over to DHL. Risk of loss transfers upon handover to the carrier. Delivery times shown at checkout are DHL estimates and are not guaranteed.

Right to cancel order

We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order if: (a) the machine documentation provided is incomplete, unclear or insufficient to design the custom front panel; (b) after review of your machine specifications the controller is found to be incompatible with your equipment; or (c) we are unable to fulfil the order for technical reasons. In such cases a full refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Returns & refunds

Products are built to order with custom front panels. Because they are made to your specification, returns are not accepted except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or where we cancel the order. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund the product at our discretion. To start a claim, contact info@cncproton.com with your order reference. Where a return is agreed, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

Warranty

Hardware warranty is 24 months from the delivery date and covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect installation, incorrect wiring, software configuration errors, or modifications made by the buyer or third parties.

Custom front panel

The front panel is designed from the documentation you provide at order time. Accuracy depends on the quality and completeness of that documentation. We are not responsible for wiring mismatches caused by incorrect or incomplete documentation supplied by the buyer.

Software integration & liability

The PROTON controller is supplied with open-source CNC software pre-installed. Software integration, machine parameter configuration, motion tuning, PLC interfacing and all commissioning are the sole responsibility of the buyer or the buyer's appointed integrator.

MB CNC Proton as supplies the hardware in assembled and tested condition. We do not provide on-site installation, software commissioning, machine retrofit engineering, or ongoing integration support unless separately agreed in writing. We accept no liability for production downtime, lost revenue, machine damage, or any direct or indirect damages arising from software configuration, integration errors, incorrect parameter settings, or incompatibility with the buyer's machine software environment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
