Prices: All product prices listed on this site are final. VAT is not applicable. DHL shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and included in the total payment amount.

Payment: Full payment (100%) is required in advance via Revolut online checkout. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received and verified by us within 24 hours of payment.

Order confirmation: We will review your order, uploaded documentation, and machine compatibility within 24 hours of receiving payment. You will receive email confirmation of acceptance or notification of any issues.

Lead time & shipping: Manufacturing and dispatch lead time is up to 14 calendar days after order confirmation. Delivery is via DHL worldwide. Risk of loss transfers upon handover to the carrier.

Right to cancel order: We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order if: (a) the machine documentation provided is incomplete, unclear, or insufficient to design the custom front panel; (b) after review of your machine specifications, the controller is found to be incompatible with your equipment; or (c) we are unable to fulfil the order for technical reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5 business days.

Custom front panel: The front panel is designed based on documentation you provide at order time. Accuracy of the panel depends on the quality and completeness of your documentation. We are not responsible for wiring mismatches caused by incorrect or incomplete documentation supplied by the buyer.

Warranty: Hardware warranty is 24 months from delivery date. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect installation, incorrect wiring, software configuration errors, or modifications by the buyer or third parties.

Returns: Products are built to order with custom front panels. Returns are not accepted except in case of confirmed manufacturing defect or if we cancel the order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.

The PROTON controller is supplied with open-source CNC software pre-installed. Software integration, machine parameter configuration, motion tuning, PLC interfacing, and all commissioning activities are the sole responsibility of the buyer or the buyer's appointed integrator.

MB CNC Proton as provides the hardware controller in assembled and tested condition. We do not provide on-site installation, software commissioning, machine retrofit engineering, or ongoing technical support for software integration unless separately agreed in writing.

We accept no liability for production downtime, lost revenue, machine damage, or any direct or indirect damages arising from software configuration, integration errors, incorrect parameter settings, or incompatibility between the controller and the buyer's machine software environment.

By proceeding with this order, you confirm that you have the technical capability to integrate and configure the controller, or that you have engaged a qualified integrator to do so on your behalf.
