2. What data we collect

Order form — name, email, phone, company, VAT/tax ID, delivery address, order details, uploaded machine documentation, comments, and payment status. Payment card data is entered on Revolut’s hosted checkout; we do not receive or store card numbers.

Compatibility inquiry — name, email, optional phone and company, machine model, comments, and optional file uploads.

Analytics (with your consent) — Google Analytics 4 may collect pseudonymous usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device/browser type, and referral source.

Server logs — our hosting and API may temporarily log IP addresses, timestamps, and request metadata for security and troubleshooting.

3. Why we use your data

Contract performance — to process orders, calculate shipping, send order confirmations, deliver products, and handle warranty or support requests.

Legitimate interests — to respond to compatibility inquiries, prevent fraud, secure our systems, and improve our website and services where this does not override your rights.

Consent — for non-essential analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings.

Legal obligation — to keep records required by tax, accounting, or other applicable law.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only as needed to operate our business:

• Revolut — payment processing (Revolut Ltd / Revolut Bank UAB, depending on service).
• DHL Express — shipping quotes and parcel delivery.
• Email provider — transactional email delivery to you and our team.
• Google Analytics — website usage statistics, if you accept analytics cookies.
• Hosting provider — website and API hosting (EU-based where possible).

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some processors (e.g. Google, Revolut) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions, as applicable.

6. How long we keep data

• Orders — for the duration of the contract, warranty period, and applicable statutory retention (typically up to 10 years for accounting records in Lithuania).
• Payment records — order reference, payment status, and Revolut order ID on our server for reconciliation.
• Compatibility inquiries — until the inquiry is closed and for a reasonable period thereafter (typically up to 24 months).
• Analytics — according to Google Analytics retention settings (default 14 months unless configured otherwise).
• Server logs — typically up to 90 days.

7. Cookies

Essential cookies — we do not use non-essential cookies required for basic site operation. Session-related data for checkout may be stored in your browser (e.g. sessionStorage for order reference during payment return).

Analytics cookies (optional) — if you click “Accept analytics”, we load Google Analytics 4 (ID: G-Z5YKL1QHJF). These cookies help us understand aggregate traffic and improve the site. If you click “Reject analytics”, GA is not loaded.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA/UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent for analytics at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local supervisory authority.
